Systemised Design Is Not Just Our Name -
It's How We Work
A proven process embedded in DfMA that turns early collaboration into better buildings.
Initial Consultation
We start by understanding your project — the site, the brief, the budget and the programme. This conversation helps us determine whether offsite construction is a good fit and which system is likely to deliver the best value.
Feasibility & System Selection
We conduct a feasibility study comparing offsite construction with traditional methods. This includes programme analysis, cost benchmarking, transport logistics and manufacturer capacity assessment.
Design Team Formation
We draw from our network of registered architects, chartered engineers, building certifiers and specialist consultants to assemble a team with the right experience for your project type and sector.
Structural Design & DfMA Integration
We develop the structural design with offsite manufacture in mind from day one — optimising column spacing, designing connections for fabrication and coordinating with the manufacturer throughout.
BIM Documentation
We produce detailed BIM documentation from LOD 100 through to LOD 450 steel shop drawings. Every component is modelled, coordinated and clash-checked before it reaches the factory floor.
Manufacture & Assembly Support
Our involvement doesn't end at documentation. We provide technical support during manufacturing, respond to factory queries, conduct design reviews and support on-site assembly.
How We Work
How Do Projects Succeed
With Prefabrication?
Successful modular and offsite construction does not happen by accident. It requires a deliberate, structured approach to design that begins before schematic design commences.
Our process is built on DfMA — Design for Manufacture and Assembly. It is a combination of feasibility analysis and early collaboration with the right team, tailored to each project.
We also practice Continual Improvement. Why start from scratch each time when proven solutions can be refined and reapplied?
