South Yarra Primary School is one of the smallest State schools in Victoria, but located just 5km from Melbourne CBD. The school population was growing, but the school land size was restricted. The solution to use multi-storey construction allowed the same footprint, but three times the floor space. This three storey permanent modular building, was architecturally designed to deliver 12 general purpose classrooms, 2 stairs and lift to replace a 70 year old building within the time of one school term. 2020 Victorian School Design Awards Winner - 'Best School Project - Between $5M and $10M.
